Stage Cruiser Predrilled

Art.-No: 282438

The TECNOPRO Stage Cruiser predrilled is a reliable all-rounder for all types of tracks and trails. The ski construction with a short and low camber offers advanced grip and more forgiveness. Kicking and gliding are functionally separated and simply activated by the pressure induced onto the ski. The lightweight and robust Air Channel Core is embedded in a sidewall construction, which provides improved flexural strength, reduced lateral friction in the track, and higher impact resistance and durability around the bindings. TECNOPRO Stage Cruiser predrilled features a double-parabolic sidecut, which is wider in tip and tail as well as in the middle of the ski, with narrow areas in between (54-49-55-49-52mm). This offers more stability and easy on- and off-track handling. The no-wax base of this ski features Grip Premium Crown, a combination of Double Crown segments with Single Crown in the rear section of the ski for better gliding properties, adapted to the Nordic Cruising ski construction. This guarantees superior climbing properties. The base comes with an optimised universal stone grinding for perfect gliding properties in all snow conditions.

FEATURES AND BENEFITS /Stage Cruiser Predrilled

NC Sidecut
NC Sidecut

The sidecut describes the shape of the ski’s edge.
NC Sidecut: Double parabolic shape, wider in tip and tail as well as in the middle of the ski, with narrow areas in between. Typical shape of Nordic Cruising skis, offering more stability and easy on- and off-track handling for leisure-oriented skiers.

Grip Premium Crown
Grip Premium Crown

The combination of Double Crown segments with Single Crown in the rear section of the ski for better gliding properties allows for the perfect adaptation to the respective ski construction and ski length. It results in a superior climbing system for all snow and weather conditions.

Air Channel Core
Air Channel Core

Compared to traditional fibreglass woodcores, the integrated air channels save weight, add durability to the construction and enhance the pressure distribution.

Sidewall Construction
Sidewall Construction

The sidewalls protect the ski sides from wear and tear, water, and chemical substances such as wax remover etc. They also improve the flexural strength, reduce the lateral friction in the track, and improve the impact resistance and durability around the bindings. The materials used are usually synthetic resin sealing compound and cap foils.

U-Camber (Shortcut)
U-Camber (Shortcut)

Ski construction with shorter and lower camber, ideal for skiers demanding advanced grip and more forgiveness. Kicking (grip) and gliding are functionally separated and simply activated by the pressure induced onto the ski by the skier. Great for off-track skiing and less experienced skiers.

Baseindex 1000
Baseindex 1000

Even a smooth-looking ski base has microscopically small gaps. The base index indicates the number of those gaps per square centimetre. The higher the index, the more wax can be absorbed.
Advantages: better gliding performance, waxing is more sustainable, less waxing required.

Base Finish (Grinding)
Base Finish (Grinding)

Certain base finishes and grinding patterns are responsible for better gliding properties than others. More and deeper grinding is used for wet snow, while fine grinding is used for cold/dry conditions. Our Universal Grinding works perfectly in all snow conditions, but best in Central Europe’s rather wet/warm conditions.
